So I have somewhat preemptively started a blog about building a new house. There is just the small matter of the bank actually approving our loan application first and then getting ownership of the property we have put an offer on, then selling our home and engaging a builder.
That shouldn't stand in the way of my desire to blog though should it.
Studies have been done on the value of positive thinking. Therefore, I blog.
Hopefully today (we have been saying this for the last 4 days) we will get loan approval, then take ownership of the house and we are that much closer to building a fabulous new home. The waiting continues....
